Contract, development, production
Your brief is reviewed personally by our CEO, a licensed pharmacist — ingredient suitability, formulation and dosage form, supply, minimum order quantity and labelling risk come first, then a 20–30 minute call to set priorities. The quote arrives as a reply on this board, which opens with the password you set when submitting.
After the contract, through to launch
Once you approve a quote, this is the sequence. The stages change; the person does not — our CEO manages it through to launch.

Before production closes we go through the final formula, ingredient COAs and specifications, Korean labelling, shelf-life substantiation, test certificates, volumes and lot numbers, and release criteria together. The product filing is made by the licensed manufacturer, and later changes may require a separate filing.
